摘 要:为了探究姜黄素对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能、胸肌肉品质和肠道健康的影响,将480只1日龄健康樱桃谷肉鸭随机分为4组,对照组饲喂正常日粮,试验组日粮分别添加150、300和450 mg/kg的姜黄素,试验周期为42 d。结果表明:日粮中添加姜黄素对肉鸭生产性能无显著影响,但添加450 mg/kg姜黄素显著降低了胸肌重。日粮中添加150和450 mg/kg姜黄素显著缓解了宰后24 h的pH值下降。肠道HE染色结果显示:日粮中添加姜黄素显著降低了十二指肠的绒毛高度和绒隐比值,同时显著增加隐窝深度。肠道基因表达结果显示:日粮中分别添加300和450 mg/kg姜黄素显著降低了肠道干细胞增殖标志物Bmi1的mRNA含量,并促进了炎症因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的表达。此外,日粮中添加姜黄素显著降低了血浆谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量和血红素加氧酶1(HO1)的mRNA表达量。由此表明:日粮中添加150 mg/kg姜黄素能改善樱桃谷肉鸭的肌肉品质,改善机体抗氧化能力,但添加450 mg/kg姜黄素会导致胸肌增重减少,肠黏膜损伤和生长抑制。To determine the effect of dietary curcumin supplementation on the growth performance,muscle quality and gut health of Cherry Valley meat ducks,a total of 4801-day-old healthy meat ducks of the breed were chosen and were randomly divided into four groups.The control group was fed with the normal diet,and the diet of the experimental group was supplemented with 150,300 and 450 mg/kg of curcumin,respectively.The trial period was 42 days.The results showed that dietary supplementation of curcumin had no significant effect on the production performance of the ducks,but dietary supplementation of 450 mg/kg curcumin significantly reduced the breast muscle weight of the birds.Dietary supplementation of 150 and 450 mg/kg curcumin to the diet significantly alleviated the pH drop in the ducks at 24 h postmortem.The results of the intestinal HE staining showed that dietary supplementation of curcumin significantly decreased the duodenal villus height and the villus-to-crypt ratio of the ducks,but significantly increased their crypt depth.The results of the intestinal gene expression showed that dietary supplementation of 300 and 450 mg/kg curcumin significantly decreased the expression of the intestinal stem cell proliferation marker gene Bmil,but promoted the expression of the inflammatory gene IL-1β.In addition,dietary supplementation of curcumin significantly decreased the blood contents of GHS and the mRNA expression of HOI in the ducks.These results indicated that,in comparison,dietary supplementation of 150 mg/kg curcumin improved the muscle quality and antioxidant capacity of Cherry Valley meat ducks,but supplementation of 450 mg/kg curcumin resulted in their chest muscle weight decrease,intestinal mucosal injury and growth inhibition.
