摘　　要：随着全球化的不断推进和中国“一带一路”“走出去”战略的实施以及中国对全球经济增长的巨大贡献,中国钢铁企业国际化发展迎来了良好的发展机遇,同时也面临诸多挑战,如竞争力不足、资源供应不稳定、国际化人才短缺等。为此,中国政府和企业需分别采取措施,加强钢铁行业宏观管理,规范钢铁企业国际化工作流程,建立风险评估体系,构建有效评价体系,以推动钢铁企业高质量国际化发展。In the continuous process of globalization,together with the implementation of China’s“Belt and Road Initiative”and“going out”strategies,China has contributed greatly to global economic growth as whole,and Chinese steel enterprises have witnessed excellent development opportunities,as well as tremendous challenges in the progress of internationalization,such as insufficient competitiveness,unstable resource supply,and shortage of international talents.Thus,the Chinese government and enterprises need to take measures respectively to strengthen the macro-management of the steel industry,standardize the internationalization process of steel enterprises,establish a risk assessment system,and build an effective evaluation system to promote the high-quality internationalization of steel enterprises.
