摘　　要：黄斑樱桃红斑是由黄斑中心凹与周边视网膜颜色对比所形成的一种特殊眼底表现,反映了黄斑区视网膜的病理变化。自1887年对樱桃红斑描述以来,已有多种疾病发现伴有黄斑樱桃红斑,并对其发病机制做出阐述。本文首次对黄斑樱桃红斑的由来、诊断、病理生理学机制、相关疾病研究等内容进行综述,发现黄斑樱桃红斑的病理机制可能为神经节细胞水肿或贮积代谢性物质,与视网膜中央动脉阻塞、视网膜震荡、唾液酸沉积症、神经节苷脂沉积症、进行性外层视网膜坏死等疾病有关。本研究可增加临床对黄斑樱桃红斑及其相关疾病的认识。Macular cherry red spot is a specific fundus manifestation formed by the contrast between the central fovea and the peripheral retina,reflecting the pathological changes in the macular region of the retina.Since the description of cherry red spot in 1887,various diseases have been found to be associated with macular cherry red spot,and explanations have been made regarding its pathogenesis.This paper provides a comprehensive review for the first time on the ori⁃gin,diagnosis,pathophysiological mechanisms,and related disease studies of macular cherry red spot.It is found that the pathological mechanism of macular cherry red spot may involve neuronal cell swelling or accumulation of metabolic substances,and it is associated with diseases such as central retinal artery occlusion,retinal concussion,mucopolysaccharidosis,gangliosidosis,and pro⁃gressive outer retinal necrosis.This study contributes to increasing the understanding of macular cherry red spot and its associated diseases in clinical practice.
