摘　　要：李达多年从事法学教育工作,形成了丰富的法学教育思想,主要包括在法学教育中渗透正确的政治观念;法理学教学、研究要体现中国特色,反映中国实际;招揽英才,重视师资队伍建设;坚持以教学为中心来推进法学教学改革;反对违反教育规律的措施。李达的法学教育思想很好地论证了中国法学教育必须坚持正确指导思想的必要性与可行性,回应了法学教育如何处理教学与研究、理论与实践的命题,具有重要的历史作用及现实意义。Li Da has been engaged in legal education for many years and formed rich legal education thoughts,which mainly includes infiltrating correct political concepts into legal education,jurisprudence teaching and research should reflect Chinese characteristics and the reality in China,attracting talent and attaching importance to the construction of teaching faculty,insisting on teaching-centered method to promote the reform of law teaching,resisting left-leaning educational measures that violate objective laws.Li Da's legal thoughts well demonstrate the necessity and feasibility that China's legal education must adhere to the correct guiding ideology,and positively respond to the proposition of how legal education deals with teaching and research,theory and practice,which have important historical and practical significance.
