论精神生活富裕的主要特征、价值意蕴与实践进路

摘　　要：精神生活富裕是新时代共同富裕的重要内容,具有涵摄内容的丰富性、主体需求的层次性、发展过程的制约性、价值功能的引领性、内在需求的超越性等特征。精神生活富裕具有增进社会共识,促进“先富带动后富”;顺应人民意愿,实现美好生活;提升精神文明,彰显中国式现代化特征;积聚人民力量,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦;满足人的全面需求,促进人的全面发展等多方面的价值意蕴。新时代促进全体人民精神生活富裕,需要坚持多样性需求满足与主导性价值引领相统一,普惠型文化服务供给与全面生活品质提升相统一,大众参与共建与全体人民共享相统一,个体精神生活水平提高与民族共有精神家园构筑相统一。Spiritual life prosperity is an important content of common prosperity in the new era,featured by the richness of content,the hierarchy of subject's needs,the constraints of the development process,the leading nature of value function,and the transcendence of the inherent needs.Spiritual life prosperity has such value implications as to enhance social consensus and promote“the first rich to lead the rich later”,conform to the will of the people and achieve a better life,enhance spiritual civilization and highlight the characteristics of Chinese-style modernization,accumulate people’s strength and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,meet the overall needs of people,and promote the overall development of people.To promote the spiritual life prosperity of all people in the new era,it is necessary to adhere to the unity of meeting the needs of diversity and leading the dominant values,unify the supply of inclusive cultural services with the improvement of high-quality spiritual life,unify the participation of the public in co-construction and the sharing of all people,and unify the improvement of individual spiritual living standards with the construction of a common spiritual home for the nation.
