摘 要:数字经济时代的到来使得企业之间的关系从单链式转向网链式且呈现出网络化的格局,供应链管理更加注重围绕核心企业与供应商、与客户之间的网链关系,追求实现“6R”目标以达到总成本最优。实现高效供应链管理的重要环节之一就是库存水平的分析。本文构建了需求过程服从一阶自回归的敏捷供应链对库存水平分析模型,设计了保持局部库存水平顺序约束下的敏捷供应链对库存水平分析方法。实验结果表明,需求过程服从一阶自回归的敏捷供应链对库存水平分析方法既能确保供应链各方面不受损害,又能保证各库存水平之间的协调得以改善,所获得的供应风险解集不仅目标值优于现有的合作协同演化方法,而且具有良好的解分散度。此方法促使敏捷供应链朝优化的方向整合以达到节约资源的目的。With the coming of digital economy era,the relationship between enterprises has changed from single-chain to network-chain,and the supply chain management pays more attention to the network-chain relationship between core enterprises and their suppliers and customers,and pursues the goal of"6R"to achieve the optimal total cost.One of the important links to achieve efficient supply chain management is the analysis of inventory level.In this paper,the inventory level analysis model of agile supply chain with first-order autoregressive demand process is established,and the inventory level analysis method of agile supply chain with local inventory order constraint is designed.The experimental results show that the inventory level analysis method of agile supply chain with first-order autoregressive demand process can not only ensure that all aspects of the supply chain are not damaged,but also ensure that the coordination of all inventory levels can be improved,the solution set of supply risk obtained is not only superior to the existing cooperative co-evolution methods,but also has a good degree of dispersion.This method promotes the integration of agile supply chain in the direction of optimization in order to save resources.
