摘  要:拖拉机是从事农业生产活动必不可少的工具,而传统拖拉机存在油耗与排放较高等问题,研究表明开展农用混合动力拖拉机动力系统研究可以有效改善拖拉机的燃油经济性和排放。拖拉机具有作业模式多样、作业时发动机负荷高、作业地面环境复杂引起负荷变化范围大等特点。因此,基于拖拉机作业模式特点和功率范围特征开展混合动力拖拉机系统设计十分必要。本研究针对一款中型拖拉机,分析其作业特点和功率需求,设计了一种并联式P2构架的拖拉机混合动力系统,并对混合动力系统的发动机、电动机、电池等主要参数进行了匹配计算。计算表明在犁耕作业模式下,发动机固定在高效率工作点与作业时功率需求有关;电动机功率与混合度、发动机作业时的功率有关,随混合度的增大而增大;电池容量与纯电续航、混合度有关,随纯电续航时间和混合度的增大而增大。Tractors are crucial implements in agricultural production activities,but traditional tractors are known for their high fuel consumption and emissions.Studies have demonstrated that studying the power system of agricultural hybrid tractors can effectively improve their fuel economy and reduce emissions.Tractors have the characteristics of diverse operating modes,high engine load during operation,and a wide range of load changes caused by complex ground conditions.Therefore,hybrid tractor systems that take into account the characteristics of tractor operation and power range are necessary.The focus of this study is on a medium-sized tractor,where we analyze its operating characteristics and power requirements,design a parallel P2 framework hybrid power system specifically for tractors,and conduct matching calculations on the system’s main parameters such as the engine,electric motor,and battery.The calculation shows that in the plowing operation mode,the engine is fixed at the high-efficiency working point and is related to the power demand during operation.The power of the electric motor is related to the power mixing ratio.The battery capacity is related to the pure battery life and increases with the increase of pure battery life.Calculations show that during plowing,the engine is fixed at its optimal working point related to the power demand during operation.The power of the electric motor increased with the power mixing ratio.The battery capacity is related to the pure battery life,and increases with a high pure battery life.
