数字技术促进乡村振兴发展的机制及路径研究——基于中介效应模型和门槛效应模型的检验

摘　　要：作为农业农村现代化发展的加速器和催化器,数字技术凭借减少信息不对称、提升资源利用效率和降低交易成本等优势,为乡村振兴战略的全面推进提供强力引擎和持续动力。基于2011—2020年中国30个省市面板数据,实证验证了数字技术对乡村振兴发展的影响及传导机制。研究发现:2011—2020年中国乡村振兴发展水平实现了稳步提升,但也存在较大的省际差异,呈现出轻微两极分化现象;数字技术显著促进了乡村振兴发展,且在进行工具变量法、剔除直辖市等一系列稳健性检验后,结论仍然成立;进一步研究发现,数字普惠金融与农村创业活力在数字技术促进乡村振兴发展过程中发挥了中介作用,且在数字技术发展较为成熟、市场化程度较好、农村人力资本水平较高的情况下,数字技术对乡村振兴发展的促进作用更为突出。据此,应深入贯彻落实乡村振兴战略,推动数字技术在农村农业领域的深入渗透与广泛使用,激发农村创业活力,提升农村地区人力资本水平。As an accelerator and catalyst for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,digital technology provides a strong engine and continuous power for the overall promotion of rural revitalization strategy by reducing information asymmetry,improving resource utilization efficiency and reducing transaction costs.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2020,this paper empirically verifies the impact of digital technology on rural revitalization and development and its transmission mechanism.The findings are as follows:During 2011 ― 2020,the level of rural revitalization and development in China has achieved steady improvement,but there are large inter-provincial differences,showing a slight polarization phenomenon;Digital technology has significantly promoted rural revitalization and development,and the conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests such as instrumental variable method and excluding municipalities.Further research finds that digital inclusive finance and rural entrepreneurial vitality play an intermediary role in the process of digital technology promoting rural revitalization and development.When the development of digital technology is more mature,the degree of marketization is better,and the level of rural human capital is higher,the role of digital technology in promoting rural revitalization and development is more prominent.Therefore,we should thoroughly implement the rural revitalization strategy,promote the deep penetration and wide use of digital technology in rural agriculture,stimulate rural entrepreneurial vitality,and improve the level of human capital in rural areas.
