摘 要:目的:评价数字光处理(DLP)技术制作全口义齿时支撑位置对义齿适合性的影响。方法:将义齿基托依据支撑结构的生成位置分为底部、唇侧、颊侧、后侧4组(n=10)。采用DLP打印机和义齿基托打印材料,制成40个全口义齿基托。使用模型扫描仪获取基托扫描数据并导入3D检测软件中与参考模型配准后进行偏差分析。通过RMS值和偏差色谱图,对基托整体组织面以及不同分区(主承托区、副承托区、缓冲区、边缘封闭区)分别进行适合性评价。结果:支撑位置显著影响义齿基托的适合性(P<0.001)。4组基托整体适合性(偏差值)分别为唇侧组(0.084±0.010)mm<底部组(0.114±0.039)mm<后侧组(0.125±0.009)mm<颊侧组(0.133±0.026)mm(P<0.05)。唇侧组在主承托区、副承托区、边缘封闭区均测得了最小的偏差值,在缓冲区表现出轻度的正偏差。结论:从唇侧生成支撑的义齿基托整体适合性最高且其偏差分布模式更符合无牙颌的解剖生理学特点。建议使用DLP打印全口义齿基托时在基托唇侧添加支撑结构。Objective:To evaluate the influence of the support position on the adaptation of complete denture base fabricated with digital light processing(DLP)technology.Methods:The denture bases were divided into 4 groups according to the position of the supporting structure attached:labial side,buccal side,posterior side,and bottom of denture base(n=10).40 complete denture bases were manufactured with a DLP printer.The scanning data of the denture bases were obtained by model scanner and were imported it into the 3D detection software for deviation analysis with the reference model.The adaptation of the overall intaglio surface,and in different zones(primary stress-bearing area,secondary stress-bearing area,relie farea and borderseal area)of the bases was evaluated by the RMS value and the deviation color map.Results:The support position significantly affected the adaptation of the denture base(P<0.001).The overall adaptation(deviation value,mm)of the 4 groups of the denture bases were:Labial side group(0.084±0.010)<bottom side group(0.114±0.039)<posteriorside group(0.125±0.009)<buccal side group(0.133±0.026)(the labial side group vs other groups,P<0.05).The minimum deviation value was measured in the labial side group,and a slight positive deviation was shown in the relief area.Conclusion:The complete denture base with support structure attached to the labial side has the highest overall adaptation,and its deviation distribution pattern is more consistent with the anatomical and physiological characteristics of edentulous jaws.It is recommended to generate support structure on the labial side of the denture base when use DLP to print the complete denture base.
