摘 要:目的:研究不同载荷对3种切削成型复合材料耐磨损性能的影响。方法:选取高度抛光的Vita Enamic、L ava TM Ultimate、Hyramic及天然牙牙釉质为研究对象(n=30),用滑石瓷作为对磨物,用体外高速往复摩擦磨损试验仪研究不同载荷(10,20和30 N,n=10)对各组试样摩擦系数、磨损深度及磨痕形貌的影响规律,探究天然牙牙釉质与3种切削成型复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果:3种切削成型复合材料及天然牙牙釉质磨损深度随载荷的增大而增加,其磨损深度由小到大依次为:Vita Enamic、Lava TM Ultimate、天然牙釉质、Hyramic。结论:不同载荷下,Lava TM Ultimate的耐磨损性能均与天然牙牙釉质更为接近。Objective:To study the influence of different loads on the wear resistance of 3 kinds of cutting and forming composite.Methods:The highly polished Vita Enamic,Lava TM Ultimate,hyramic and natural tooth enamel were selected as the research objects(n=30),and talc porcelain was used as the abrasive.The influence of different loads(10,20 and 30 N respectively,n=10 for each object)on the friction coefficient,wear depth and abrasion morphology of the specimens was studied by using the high-speed reciprocating friction and wear tester in vitro.The friction and wear properties of natural tooth enamel and 3 cutting and forming composites were explored.Results:The wear depth of the 3 cutting and forming composite and natural tooth enamel increased with increasing load,and the wear depth was from smallest to largest:Vita Enamic,Lava TM Ultimate,Natural Enamel and Hyramic.Conclusion:Lava TM Ultimate's wear resistance is closer to natural tooth enamel under different loads.
