摘 要:目的:研究骨性Ⅰ类与骨性Ⅲ类上颌腭侧错位的侧切牙牙槽骨形态及冠根形态的特点。方法:纳入骨性Ⅰ类(0≤ANB≤4°)与骨性Ⅲ类(ANB<0°)符合纳入标准伴上颌侧切牙腭侧错位患者CBCT资料各50例,测量上颌腭侧错位侧切牙唇侧、腭侧牙槽骨厚度、以及冠长、根长、冠根角并计算冠根比,进行统计学分析。结果:骨性Ⅰ类患者T1-T5平面与骨性Ⅲ类患者T1-T6平面牙根明显偏唇侧(P<0.01);骨性Ⅲ类患者唇侧牙槽骨厚度在T1-T3界面明显大于骨性Ⅰ类(P<0.01);骨性Ⅲ类患者冠根角明显小于骨性Ⅰ类(P<0.01);骨性Ⅰ类与Ⅲ类错患者冠根形态与牙槽骨形态有不同程度相关性(P<0.05)。结论:骨性Ⅰ类与骨性Ⅲ类腭侧错位上颌侧切牙唇侧牙槽骨普遍偏薄并且骨性Ⅲ类错患者冠根成角明显。Objective:To study the characteristics of alveolar bone and crown-root morphology of lateral incisors with maxillary palatal dislocation of the subjects with skeletal classⅠ(0≤ANB≤4°)and classⅢ(ANB<0°).Methods:50 patients with skeletal classⅠand 50 with skeletal classⅢmeeting the inclusion criteria were included.The thickness of labial and palatal alveolar bone,the tooth crown length,root length,crown root ratio and crown-root angle were measured on the CBCT images,the data were statistically analyzed.Results:The root of skeletal classⅠat T1-T5 interface and skeletal classⅢat T1-T6 interface was deviated to the labial side(P<0.01).The thickness of alveolar bone on the labial side of skeletal classⅢwas significantly thicker than that of classⅠat the interface of T1-T3(P<0.01).In the patients with skeletal classⅢmalocclusion,the crown-root angle was significantly smaller than that of skeletal classⅠ(P<0.01).In the patients with skeletal classⅠand classⅢmalocclusion,the crown-root morphology was correlated with the corresponding alveolar bone morphology at different degrees(P<0.05).Conclusion:The alveolar bone on the labial side of maxillary incisors is thin in patients with skeletal classⅠand skeletal classⅢmalocclusion,and the crown-root was angled obviously in patients with skeletal classⅢmalocclusion.
