摘　　要：纳入深龋露髓患牙60颗,随机分为2组(n=30),分别行TheraCal直接盖髓术和TheraCal+Er∶YAG激光直接盖髓术。结果显示TheraCal+Er∶YAG激光组直接盖髓术术后12个月的成功率为96.7%,TheraCal组为73.3%(P<0.05)。Er∶YAG激光结合TheraCal LC盖髓剂可以显著提高龋源性露髓患牙直接盖髓术的成功率。60 carious teeth underwent direct pulp capping were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=30)and treated with TheraCal and TheraCal+Er∶YAG laser respectively.12 months after treatment the success rate of TheraCal+Er∶YAG laser group and TheraCal group was 96.7%,73.3%respectively(P<0.05).Er∶YAG laser combined with TheraCal LC can significantly improve the success rate of direct pulp capping of carious teeth.
