摘　　要：在此例14岁病例中,以根管为单位判断牙髓的状态,腭侧根管采用活髓切断术,颊侧根管采用根管治疗术,联合两种治疗方法最大程度地保留了有功能的活髓组织,并在1年的随访中取得了令人满意的疗效,为多根牙牙髓病的治疗提供新思路。This report describes a maxillary first molar with pulpitis in a 14 years old patient treated with vital pulp therapy(VPT)for the palatal canal and root canal therapy(RCT)for the buccal canals.At the 12-month follow-up,the patient presented no symptoms,the tooth responded positively to pulp sensibility test.The radiographic examination showed continued root development.Combination therapy with VPT and RCT,based on the assumed pulpal status in the canals,can be an effective stratagy for multirooted teeth.
