摘  要:针对大型船舶吊舱推进器、舵柄等大型构件空间轴线对中需求,研制具备多自由度的安装平台。通过机构设计实现多自由度运动解耦,结合工况特点拟定多油缸同步控制方案,并开展结构优化设计,满足坞内安装空间要求。进行工厂试验后,验证方案合理性,并完成2台16.8 MW吊舱推进器的安装。An installation platform with multiple degrees of freedom is developed to meet the spatial axis alignment requirement of large-scale equipment such as pod thrusters or tillers.Multiple degrees of freedom motion decoupling through mechanism design are realized.Structural optimization research to meet the installation space requirements in the dock is carried out,and structural optimization design is carried out to meet the installation space requirements in the dock.After conducting factory tests,the rationality of the plan was verified and the installation of two 16.8 MW pod thrusters is completed.
