摘 要:针对偏心探头套管损伤定位方法准确性不足、易受井况影响等问题,设计了偏心探头套管损伤定位校正方法。通过对系统的组合式偏心探头设计进行介绍分析,探讨了影响偏心探头套管损伤检测性能的原因,即仪器在井下无规律的周向转动。利用MEMS陀螺仪获取仪器旋转角速率数据,通过对角速率数据解算、预处理和积累,调整各偏心探头的相位,改变探头数据的直角坐标值,实现追踪各偏心探头的实时方位,确保探头数据与方位信息一一对应,保证套管损伤位置在三维成像观测中的正确映射。经过校正后的偏心探头可以摆脱仪器井下周向旋转的影响,使得套管损伤定位位置更精确。该方法提高了偏心探头套管损伤定位的准确度,可进一步推动偏心探头套管损伤定位检测的应用。In order to solve the problem that the eccentric probe casing damage location method is not accurate enough and is easily affected by well conditions,the eccentric probe casing damage location correction method is proposed.Based on the analysis of the design of the combined eccentric probe,the factor that affects the eccentric probe casing damage detection performance,that is,the irregular circumferential rotation of the instrument in downhole,is discussed.The angular rate data of the instrument is obtained by using MEMS gyroscope.The phase of each eccentric probe is adjusted and the rectangular coordinate value of the probe data is changed by the calculation,pre-processing and accumulation of the angular rate data to track the real-time orientation of each eccentric probe,ensure that the probe data and orientation information correspond one by one,and ensure that the casing damage location is correctly mapped in the three-dimensional imaging observation.The calibrated eccentric probe can get rid of the influence of downhole circumferential rotation of the instrument,making the casing damage location more accurate.This method improves the accuracy of eccentric probe casing damage location,and can further promote the application of eccentric probe casing damage location detection.
