摘　　要：促进剂CBS通常由2一巯基苯并噻唑、环己胺、工艺水混合后,加氧化剂反应而得,次氯酸钠氧化法以收率高、产品质量好、设备要求低等优点被行业广泛采用,工业上采用较大反应釜间歇生产,批次之间受人为操作因素影响大,质量不稳定,并且该方法反应过程中产生大量含盐废水,每吨产品的生产还会产生8~10 t极难处理的废水,给环保治理带来很大的困难,不能实现绿色清洁生产,不符合国内环保趋势。全国每年促进剂CBS的产量在20万t左右,产生较多的废水和废盐(近10万t危险废物)。研究开发出一种具有绿色环保、节能经济等优势的橡胶硫化促进剂CBS的方法,以缓解现有生产方法环保治理困难,且制备方法不经济,制备过程中需要使用大量氧化剂的问题,变得十分必要和迫切。该技术采用M和环己胺在氧化剂的氧化下制备橡胶促进剂CBS,及拟解决目前CBS的生产工艺中能耗高、副产物多、污染较大的问题。主要研究内容有:采用优选分散剂和助分散剂优化M制浆过程,采用环保型氧化剂进行氧化,无废盐产生,母液能够循环利用,减少了废水量。The accelerator CBS is usually prepared by the reaction of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole,cyclohexylamine and process water,followed by the addition of oxidant,the sodium hypochlorite oxidation process is widely used in industry due to its advantages of high yield,good product quality and low equipment requirements,the quality is not stable,and the reaction process of the method produces a lot of saline wastewater,and the production of each ton of products will produce 8~10 t of extremely difficult to treat wastewater,which brings great difficulties to environmental protection treatment,can not realize the green clean production,does not conform to the domestic environmental protection trend.The national annual output of promoter CBS is about 200000 t,which produces more waste water and waste salt(nearly 100000 t of hazardous waste).A method of CBS,a rubber vulcanization accelerator with green environmental protection and energy-saving economy,was developed to alleviate the difficulties of environmental protection and treatment in the existing production method,and the preparation method was not economical,it is necessary and urgent to use a lot of oxidants in the preparation process.This technology uses M and cyclohexylamine to prepare rubber accelerator CBS under the oxidation of oxidant,and to solve the problems of high energy consumption,by-products and pollution in the present production process of CBS.The main research contents are as follows:using optimum dispersant and auxiliary dispersant to optimize m-pulping process,using environment-friendly oxidant to oxidize,no waste salt is produced,mother liquor can be recycled and waste water is reduced.
