实验室制备高产率硫酸亚铁铵条件的研究

摘  要:硫酸亚铁铵作为一种重要的化工原料而受到广泛应用,但目前发现实验室制备的硫酸亚铁铵存在产率较低或纯度较低的问题。以还原铁粉、硫酸、硫酸铵为原料制备硫酸亚铁铵,研究了铁与硫酸按不同的投料比反应后对硫酸亚铁铵的产率及纯度的影响。实验结果表明,当硫酸过量30%时,产品的纯度和产率最高。As an important chemical raw material,ammonium ferrous sulfate is widely used in various industries.However,currently research found that the yield or purity of ammonium ferrous sulfate prepared in the laboratory is low.In this paper,ammonium ferrous sulfate was prepared by reduced iron powder,sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate.The effects of iron and sulfuric acid reacting at different ratios on the yield and purity of ammonium ferrous sulfate were studied.The experimental results show that,the purity and yield of the products are the highest when sulfuric acid is excess by 30%.
