摘　　要：业务支撑系统BSS(Business Support System)作为通信行业市场营销、客户销售、计费与服务等前端应用的支撑平台,在通信行业发挥着举足轻重的作用。伴随着通信行业互联网化和5G技术的蓬勃发展,对业务支撑系统进行重构,构建支撑通信企业营销、服务、销售和智慧运营的新一代业务支撑系统至关重要。文章简要介绍了业务支撑系统在我国通信领域的发展演进,分析了现有业务支撑系统存在的问题以及重构新一代业务支撑系统的必要性,并以国内外通信行业和互联网公司成熟的“微服务”系统架构作为参考,结合未来通信行业的发展特点,对新一代业务支撑系统转型提出了微服务架构、业务赋能、数据注智的发展思路,以支持通信行业面向业务融合和数据赋能转型。The Business Support System(BSS)plays a crucial role in the communication industry as a support platform for front-end applications such as marketing,customer sales,billing,and services.With the rapid development of the internet and 5G era in the communication industry,it is crucial to restructure the business support system and build a new generation of business support systems that support marketing,service,sales,and smart operations of communication enterprises.This article briefly introduces the development and evolution of business support systems in the field of communication in China,analyzes the problems of existing business support systems,and proposes the necessity of a new generation of business support systems;The article takes the mature"microservice"system architecture of domestic and foreign communication industries and internet companies as a reference,and combines the development characteristics of the future communication industry to propose development ideas for the transformation of the new generation of business support systems,including microservice architecture,business empowerment,and data intelligence.It supports the transformation of the communication industry towards business integration and data empowerment.
