摘　　要：随着经济全球化和跨境电商的迅速发展,市场对跨境电商人才的需求变得越来越大。在人才强市的视域下,清远高职院校物流管理专业如何培养跨境电商人才成为了一个重要的课题。文章以清远高职院校的物流管理专业为研究对象,探讨了跨境电商人才的培养路径,通过对物流管理专业的课程设置、教学方法和实践环节等进行分析,制定了一套综合性的人才培养模式,旨在培养适应跨境电商行业发展需求的高素质人才。该研究成果对于推动清远地区跨境电商产业的发展、提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。With the rapid development of economic globalization and cross-border e-commerce,the demand for cross-border e-commerce talents in the market is increasing.From the perspective of reinforcing city by talents,how to cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents in the logistics management major of Qingyuan higher vocational colleges has become an important topic.This study takes the logistics management major of Qingyuan higher vocational colleges as the research objects,explores the cultivation path of cross-border e-commerce talents,and proposes a comprehensive talent cultivation model by analyzing the curriculum,teaching methods,and practical links of logistics management major,aiming to cultivate high-quality talents that meet the development needs of the cross-border e-commerce industry.This research achievement is of great significance for promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce industry in Qingyuan region and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
