摘 要:中小企业有效招聘是实现持续健康发展的关键要素。文章在专家评议数据的基础上,结合层次分析法对中小企业有效招聘性的指标体系进行梳理并赋权。研究发现,招聘有效性的影响因素分为3个层次,包括国家相关法律法规、企业所在区位特点以及劳动力市场等外部要素,企业的声誉、招聘政策和招聘团队的工作能力与特点等企业内部因子,职业经验、求职动机与个性特点等个人因素。企业应科学制定人力资源管理战略规划、完善招聘渠道与甄选方法、打造专业化的招聘团队、遵循能岗匹配原则,提升企业的招聘有效性。Effective recruitment of small and medium-sized enterprises is a key element to achieve sound development.Based on expert evaluation data,this paper combined with analytic hierarchy process to sort out and empower the index system of effective recruitment of small and medium-sized enterprises.The study found that the factors affecting the effectiveness of recruitment can be divided into three levels,namely the external factors like the relevant national laws and regulations,the location characteristics of the enterprise and the labor market,the internal factors including the reputation of the enterprise,the recruitment policy,the working ability and characteristics of the recruitment team and personal factors such as career experience,job search motivation and personality characteristics.The enterprise should formulate strategic development plan of human resource management,improve recruitment channels and selection methods,build professional recruitment contingent,follow the principle of matching posts to improve the effectiveness of enterprise recruitment.
