摘　　要：目的 探讨罕少见侧脑室肿瘤的MRI特征,以提高对此类肿瘤的认识。方法 选取7例罕少见侧脑室肿瘤MRI表现并复习文献。患者均行MRI平扫、增强扫描及扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging, DWI)。结果 7例中室管膜下瘤1例,胶质母细胞瘤2例,中枢神经细胞瘤1例,转移瘤1例,淋巴瘤1例,间变性少突胶质细胞瘤1例。肿瘤位于侧脑室前角4例,位于侧脑室三角区3例。室管膜下瘤及中枢神经细胞瘤强化较轻;DWI呈不同程度高信号者5例,呈等信号或等、较低混杂信号者2例。结论 结合患者年龄、肿瘤位置和肿瘤MRI特征有助于缩小侧脑室肿瘤的鉴别诊断范围。Objective To investigate the MRI features of rare lateral ventricle tumors.Methods The MRI findings of 7 patients with rare lateral ventricle tumors confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Diffusion weighted imaging(DWI),MRI plain plus enhancement scan were performed in all patients.Results One case was subependymoma,two were glioblastoma,one was central neurocytoma,one was metastatic tumor,one was lymphoma,and one was anaplastic oligodendroglioma.Four cases were located in the anterior horn of the lateral ventricle and three were located in the trigonum of the lateral ventricle.The enhancement of subependymoma and central neurocytoma was mild.High signal was demonstrated in five cases and equal signal or equal signal mixed with low signal was done in two cases by DWI.There were five cases of males and two cases of females.Conclusion It may be helpful to narrow the scope of differential diagnosis of rare lateral ventricle tumors combining age,tumor location and MRI characteristics.
