摘 要:德国双元制教育本土化改革是我国职业教育借鉴德国先进经验与模式,结合国情、教情、学情进行内化与吸收的变革行为。在中德合作的大背景下,德国双元制教育本土化改革历时多年,取得了丰硕成果,但在实践层面也面临内化程度不高、多方参与机制难以形成的现实困境。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中,德国双元制教育需要观照中国化时代化特征,深刻把握法治化、学术化、人本化、区域化的发展趋向,科学选择改革的实践进路。要以深化产教融合为基准,打造协同外部治理体系;以推动职普融通为抓手,打造双元培育贯通之路;以坚持人本理念为核心,打造学生发展供给体系;以校企协同孵育为方式,打造双元制师资团队。The localization reform of Germany’s dualistic system is a transformation that China’s vocational education uses Germany’s advanced experience and model for reference,and internalizes and absorbs it in combination with national conditions,teaching conditions and learning conditions.In the context of Sino-German cooperation,the localization reform of Germany’s dual system has achieved rich results over the years,but it also faces the practical dilemma of low internalization and difficulty in forming a multi-participation mechanism at the practical level.In the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,Germany’s dual-system education needs to pay attention to the characteristics of the Chinese era,deeply grasp the development trend of rule of law,academic,people-oriented and regionalization,and scientifically choose the practical path of reform.We should build a collaborative external governance system based on deepening the integration of industry and education,taking promoting the integration of vocational education as the starting point to create a path of dual cultivation,adhering to the people-oriented concept as the core to create a supply system for student development and building a“dual system”teaching team by means of school-enterprise collaborative incubation.
