涉农类高职院校培养基层卓越兽医师的探索

摘　　要：目前随着兽医相关行业的快速发展与兽医职能的不断延伸和转变,社会和畜牧兽医行业对基层兽医师都提出了更高的要求,基层岗位迫切需要一批理论知识过硬、综合素质高、专业能力强的兽医人才。在此背景下,高职动物医学专业紧跟步伐施行“基层卓越兽医师”培养计划刻不容缓。针对当前高职动物医学专业兽医人才培养模式的现状,分析其在培养基层卓越兽医师方面存在的不足,在改革教学方式、优化课程结构、深化校企合作、职业道德培养、创新考核机制等五方面提出具体举措。旨为涉农类高职院校培养“基层卓越兽医师”提供一些思路和办法。With the rapid development of veterinary related industries and the continuous extension and transformation of veterinary functions,society and the animal husbandry and veterinary industry have put forward higher requirements for grassroots veterinarians.There is an urgent need for a group of veterinary talents with strong theoretical knowledge,comprehensive quality,and professional abilities in grassroots positions.In this context,it is urgent for vocational animal medicine majors to follow the pace and implement the"Grassroots Excellent Veterinary Physicians"training program.This article focuses on the current situation of the training mode for veterinary talents in higher vocational animal medicine,analyzes its shortcomings in cultivating outstanding veterinary physicians at the grassroots level,and proposes specific measures in five aspects:reforming teaching methods,optimizing course structure,deepening school enterprise cooperation,cultivating professional ethics,and innovating assessment mechanisms.The aim is to provide some ideas and methods for cultivating"grassroots outstanding veterinary doctors"in agricultural vocational colleges.
