谷氨酰胺联合益生菌强化肠内营养对食管癌化疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益生菌联合谷氨酰胺强化肠内营养对食管癌化疗患者的影响。方法:选取食管癌化疗患者103例,按照随机数字表法分成两组,对照组51例给予益生菌强化肠内营养,观察组52例给予益生菌联合谷氨酰胺强化肠内营养,对比两组T淋巴细胞亚群、外周血中免疫细胞标志物表达量、肠黏膜屏障功能。结果:干预后,观察组T淋巴细胞亚群CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),T淋巴细胞表面抑制性受体D(NKG2D),二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)、T淋巴细胞表面抑制性受体A(NKG2A)、D-乳酸(D-Lac)水平低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益生菌联合谷氨酰胺强化肠内营养能够有效改善食管癌化疗患者免疫功能,保护肠黏膜屏障。Objective:To investigate the effects of probiotics combined with glutamine enhancing enteral nutrition on patients with esophageal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:103 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing chemotherapy were randomized into two groups.51 patients in the control group were administered with probiotics and 52 patients in the observation group were given probiotics combined with glutamine.T lymphocyte subsets,expression levels of immune cell markers in peripheral blood and intestinal mucosal barrier function were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,levels of diamine oxidase(DAO)and natural killer cell group 2D(NKG2D)of T lymphocyte surface inhibitory receptor D,and CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of T lymphocyte subsets in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of D-lactic acid(D-Lac)and T lymphocyte surface inhibitory receptor A(NKG2A)and CD8^(+)were lower than those of the control group,which were of statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics combined with glutamine enhancing enteral nutrition can effectively improve immune function and protect intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with esophageal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
