摘　　要：Muir-Torre综合征是一种罕见的常染色体显性遗传病,是遗传性非息肉性结直肠癌(HNPCC)的亚型,临床上表现为至少一种内脏恶性肿瘤合并皮脂腺肿瘤,伴或不伴角化棘皮瘤。本文报道一例多发性皮脂腺癌患者,既往有肺腺癌病史,根据患者病史及组织活检,诊断为Muir-Torre综合征。Muir-Torre syndrome is inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern and generally accepted as a variant of Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colorectal Cancer(HNPCC).And it is typically characterized by at least one visceral malignancy and one cutaneous neoplasm of sebaceous differentiation,with or without keratoacanthomas.We report a patient with multiple sebaceous carcinoma who had a history of lung adenocarcinoma.The diagnosis was confirmed by skin biopsy and previous medical history.
