浅谈高校体育产业管理人才培养措施

摘　　要：在“体育强国”国策的引导下,国内体育产业也在供需两侧取得长足发展,产业规模逐步扩大,已形成以竞赛表演和健身休闲为驱动,体育用品业为保障,体育场馆、体育培训、体育中介、体育传媒等业态并驾齐驱的多元化发展格局。但在体育产业快速发展的过程中,也暴露出我国体育产业管理人才稀缺的重要问题,为提高我国体育产业管理人才培养质效,本文围绕高校体育产业管理人才的培养措施展开研究,阐述了我国体育产业管理人才培养现状及培养体育产业管理专业人才的意义,从多角度探讨了高校体育产业管理专业人才的培养思路,旨在为相关人员提供参考。Under the guidance of the national policy of"powerful sports nation",the domestic sports industry has also made great progress on both sides of supply and demand,and the scale of the industry has gradually expanded,and has formed a diversified development pattern driven by competition performance and fitness and leisure,and guaranteed by the sporting goods industry,sports venues,sports training,sports intermediaries,sports media and other formats.However,in the process of rapid development of sports industry,the important problem of the scarcity of sports industry management talents in China has also been exposed.In order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the cultivation of sports industry management talents in China,this paper studies the cultivation measures of college sports industry management talents,expounds the current situation of the cultivation of sports industry management talents in China and the significance of cultivating sports industry management talents.This paper discusses ideas of cultivating college sports industry management talents from several aspects,aiming at providing references for related personnel.
