摘　　要：目的构建三级公立医院护理管理内控评价指标体系,为提升护理管理精细化水平提供参考。方法通过回顾文献,参考相关政策,拟订初始指标,邀请来自江苏省25名专家进行两轮咨询筛选指标。结果形成了包含6项一级指标、39项二级指标、105项三级指标的三级公立医院护理管理内控评价指标体系。两轮咨询专家积极系数均为100%,第一轮咨询专家权威系数为0.885,第二轮咨询三级指标协调系数分别为0.366、0.302、0.311,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建的三级公立医院护理管理内控评价指标体系具有一定可靠性和可操作性,可为护理管理内部控制提供评价工具。Objective To construct an evaluation index system of nursing management internal control in tertiary public hospitals and to provide reference for improving the refinement level of nursing management.Methods By reviewing the literature and referring to relevant policies,the initial indicators were drawn up,and 25 experts from Jiangsu Province were invited to conduct two rounds of consultation and screening indicators.Results A tertiary public hospital nursing management internal control evaluation index system had been formed,which included 6 first-level indicators,39 second-level indicators and 105 third-level indicators.The positive coefficient of experts in the two rounds of consultation was 100%,the authority coefficient of experts in the first round was 0.885,and the coordination coefficients of three-level indicators in the second round were 0.366,0.302 and 0.311,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The evaluation index system of nursing management internal control in tertiary public hospitals had certain reliability and operability,and can provide an evaluation tool for nursing management internal control.
