桐柏县初中生自杀态度与自杀意念的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解2021年河南省桐柏县初中生自杀态度与自杀意念的影响因素,为开展自杀预防提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法,使用自编的自杀态度和自杀意念调查表及自杀态度问卷,对桐柏县初中生的自杀态度与自杀意念进行问卷调查。结果桐柏县5所中学1143名初中生对自杀行为性质的认识[(2.83±0.55)分]和对安乐死的态度[(3.29±0.71)分]为矛盾或中立态度,对自杀者的态度[(2.20±0.45)分]和对自杀者家属的态度[(2.47±0.50)分]持认可、宽容的态度;对自杀行为性质的认识(t=-4.848)、自杀者的态度(t=-3.172)和安乐死的态度(t=-4.205)男生均比女生更认可和宽容(P<0.05);对自杀行为性质的认识(t=-2.087)、对自杀者的态度(t=-2.151)城市和农村学生差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);初中生自杀意念发生率为15.22%;Logistic回归分析显示,中学生对自杀者的态度(OR=1.947,95%CI:1.252~3.026)、对自杀者家属的态度(OR=1.877,95%CI:1.317~2.675)为自杀意念的危险因素,对安乐死的态度(OR=0.515,95%CI:0.395~0.672)为自杀意念的保护因素。结论初中生认可、宽容自杀者,有较高的自杀意念;应对初中生开展心理健康和生命价值观教育,筛查有心理问题的学生,开展家庭、学校、社会综合性的干预防控策略。Objective To understand the factors which influenced the suicidal attitude and ideation of junior middle school students in Tongbai county of Henan province,so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out suicide prevention.Methods The questionnaire survey of suicidal attitude and ideation were carried out in the junior middle school students in Tongbai county with multi-stage cluster random sampling methods and self-designed questionnaire.Results A total of 1143 junior middle school students from 5 secondary schools have a contradictory or neutral attitude toward the nature of suicide behavior(2.83±0.55)points and attitudes towards euthanasia(3.29±0.71)points,and have approving and tolerant attitudes towards suicides(2.20±0.45)points and their family members(2.47±0.50)points.Boys were more recognized and tolerant about the nature of suicidal behavior(t=-4.848),attitudes of towards suicides(t=-3.172)and euthanasia(t=-4.205)than girls(P0.05).There was statistical differences(P0.05)in the awareness of the nature of suicidal behavior(t=-2.087)and the attitude towards the suicidal person(t=-2.151)between the students in urban and rural.The incidence of suicidal ideation in junior middle school students was 15.22%.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed the attitudes towards suicides(OR=1.947,95%CI:1.252-3.026)and their family members(OR=1.877,95%CI:1.317~2.675)were the risk factors of suicidal ideation,and their attitude towards euthanasia(OR=0.515,95%CI:0.395~0.672)was the protective factor of suicidal ideation in the middle school students.Conclusions Junior middle school students recognize and tolerate suicides and have a relatively high levels of suicidal ideation.Mental health and life value education should be provided to junior high school students.The student with psychological problems should be screened,and a comprehensive family,school,and social intervention and control strategy should be implemented.
