摘 要:功率放大器是磁悬浮轴承系统的重要组成部分,但其中的电力电子器件易发生故障,是整个系统中稳定性较为薄弱的环节。由于器件过压击穿、雪崩击穿、热击穿、器件破裂、焊接线破裂、焊接线浮起等问题,将会使功率放大器工作在非正常状态,轻则影响系统性能,增加其他器件的电压和电流应力;重则会使系统陷入崩溃。该文针对五相六桥臂开关功放的开路故障,提出一种具有容错功能的多桥臂开关功放拓扑,并给出相应的容错控制策略。首先分析容错功放拓扑的工作原理,然后基于电流差值变化的特点给出判断开路故障的方法,并通过相应的容错控制策略,实现冗余桥臂对故障桥臂的替换,以达到故障不停机的目的。最后,仿真与实验结果显示,该容错拓扑能够实现每相电流在发生开路故障后快速恢复控制,证明该容错拓扑的安全性和可行性。A switch power amplifier is an important part of a magnetic bearings system,but its power electronic components are prone to failure,which is a weak link in the whole system.The switch power amplifier will work in an abnormal state due to device overvoltage breakdown,avalanche breakdown,thermal breakdown,device rupture,welding line rupture,welding line floating,and other problems.When the problem is not serious,it will affect the system performance and increase the voltage and current stress of other devices.When the problem is serious,the system will collapse.In this paper,aiming at the open circuit fault of the five-phase six-leg switch power amplifier,a fault-tolerant multi-leg switch power amplifier topology is proposed,and the corresponding fault-tolerant control strategy is given.First,the working principle of the fault-tolerant power amplifier topology is analyzed.Then,based on the characteristics of current difference,the method of detecting open circuit fault is given,and the corresponding fault-tolerant control strategy is adopted to replace redundant bridge leg with faulty bridge leg to guarantee that the equipment does not stop.Finally,the simulation and experimental results show that the fault-tolerant topology can realize the fast recovery control of each phase current after the occurrence of open circuit fault,which proves the safety and feasibility of the fault-tolerant topology.
