摘 要:研究了含NiCrAlY层的K465合金、含SiO_(2)/NiCrAlY复合涂层的K465合金及含Au/SiO_(2)/NiCrAlY复合涂层的K465合金在酸性盐雾环境下的腐蚀行为。采用SEM、EDS分别观察了三种状态下试样在酸性盐雾测试前后的表面及截面微观形貌和组织成分的变化情况,分析了不同防护层状态下含NiCrAlY层的K465合金的耐酸性盐雾腐蚀性能行为。结果表明,含NiCrAlY层的K465合金发生轻微腐蚀,主要是由于涂层内包括很多腐蚀电位较低的活性金属元素(如Al、Cr等);含SiO_(2)/NiCrAlY复合涂层的K465合金基本无腐蚀,主要是由于SiO_(2)涂层涂覆在NiCrAlY层表面可大幅度减少腐蚀介质与NiCrAlY层的接触面积,减少腐蚀通道;含Au/SiO_(2)/NiCrAlY复合涂层的K465合金腐蚀最为严重,这是由于Au层与NiCrAlY层在腐蚀介质的连通下形成了原电池结构,从而加剧了NiCrAlY层腐蚀。The corrosion behavior of K465 alloy with NiCrAlY layer,K465 alloy with SiO_(2)/NiCrAlY composite coating and K465 alloy with Au/SiO_(2)/NiCrAlY composite coating under acidic salt spray environment were studied.SEM and EDS were used to observe the micro morphology and composition changes of the surface and cross-section of the samples before and after acid salt spray testing in three.The acid resistance and salt spray corrosion behavior of K465 alloy under different protective layer states were studied.The results indicate that the K465 alloy containing SiO_(2)/NiCrAlY complex coating has almost no corrosion,mainly due to the fact that SiO_(2) coating on the surface of the NiCrAlY coating can significantly reduce the contact area between the corrosive medium and the NiCrAlY coating,thereby reducing the corrosion channels.K465 alloy with a NiCrAlY coating undergoes slight corrosion,mainly due to the inclusion of many active metal elements(such as Al,Cr,etc.)with low corrosion potential in the coating.The K465 alloy containing Au/SiO_(2)/NiCrAlY complex coating has the most severe corrosion,which is due to the formation of a galvanic cell structure between Au layer and NiCrAlY coating under the connection of the corrosive medium,thereby,the corrosion of the NiCrAlY coating are exacerbated.
