摘　　要：从公众感知质量角度实证研究政府数据开放平台的信息服务质量,能够揭示政府数据开放平台信息服务中存在的不足和问题,为政府数据开放平台提升用户满意度提供参考。参照前期研究构建的政府数据开放平台信息服务质量评价体系,以上海市、深圳市、贵阳市政府数据开放平台作为研究对象,使用实验法调查分析三地的信息服务质量水平。从数据感知质量、数据易用性、数据安全性、互动反馈、工具利用、用户体验6个方面分别进行比较与讨论,就优化我国地方政府数据开放平台信息服务质量提出对策建议。Empirical research on the information service quality of open government data platforms from the perspective of public perceived quality can reveal the shortcomings and problems in the information services of open government data platforms and provide reference for open government data platforms to improve user satisfaction.With reference to the information service quality evaluation system of government data open platforms constructed in the previous study,the information service quality levels of Shanghai,Shenzhen and Guiyang government data open platforms were investigated and analyzed by using the experimental method.Six aspects,including datapperception quality,data accessibility,data security,,interactive feedback,tool utilizationand user experience,aree compared and discussed respectively,and countermeasures are proposed to optimize the quality of information services of local open government data platforms in China.
