摘  要:非遗人才培养是做好非遗保护、传承、发展与创新的关键。针对当前非遗人才创新培养面临的专业培养目标定位模糊、课程体系建设滞后、专业教师队伍力量不足、专业实训与产业脱节、专业评价体系不完善等困境,南京文化旅游职业教育集团探索构建了“一体、双主、四融、五共”非遗人才创新培养模式。该模式的实践路径为:坚持多元合力,构建一体共生融合型产教共同体;坚持产教联动,共育与产业链相匹配的非遗专业集群;坚持产教共研,共建跨界融通的非遗课程体系;坚持产教协同,共享专业师资库;坚持产教融合,共创生产性实践平台。实践证明,该模式充分发挥了资源汇聚效应,有效推动了非遗专业内涵发展,有效发挥各方人才优势,切实提高学生实践能力,扩大非遗文化的影响力。The cultivation of intangible cultural heritage talents is the key to the protection,inheritance,development and innovation of intangible cultural heritage.In response to the current challenges faced by the innovative cultivation of intangible cultural heritage talents,such as unclear specialty training objectives,lagging curriculum system construction,insufficient specialty teacher force,disconnection between specialty training and industry and imperfect specialty evaluation system,Nanjing Culture,Tourism and Vocational Education Group has explored and constructed a“one body,two main,four integration and five collaborations”innovative cultivation model for intangible cultural heritage talents.The practical paths of this model are to adhere to the principle of multiple joint forces and build an integrated symbiotic and integrated industry education community;adhere to the linkage between industry and education,and establish a specialty cluster of intangible cultural heritage that is compatible with the industrial chain through co-education;adhere to the joint research of the industry,education,and jointly build a cross-border integration of intangible cultural heritage curriculum system;adhere to the collaboration between industry and education,and share the specialty faculty pool;adhere to the integration of industry and education,and jointly create a productive practice platform.The practice has proven that this model fully leverages the resource aggregation effect,effectively promotes the development of professional connotations,effectively leverages the advantages of various talents,effectively improves students'practical abilities,and expands the influence of intangible cultural heritage.
