摘 要:为实现智能工程机械中各执行机构的协同联动控制,采用整机控制器通过CAN通信网络直接控制每联多路阀的集中控制模式,阀控制器只做数据采集、收发和功率驱动。因CAN通信过程中的数据存取环节会严重影响控制性能,考虑使用整机控制器内置环形缓冲区代替传统顺序缓冲区的解决方案,检测环形缓冲区是否存在未写入数据的空白区域,将多路阀参数依次写入空白缓冲区,显著提高CAN通信数据存取的速度,降低CAN通信延时。实验表明:在CAN通信波特率为250 Kbps时,存取100个数据,整机控制器采用环形缓冲区所用的时间比顺序缓冲区缩短了43.75%,同时内存利用率远高于顺序缓冲区的最大利用率。To achieve collaborative linkage control of various executing mechanisms in intelligent engineering machinery,a complete machine controller is used to directly control the centralized control mode of each multi way valve through CAN communication network.The valve controller only performs data collection,transmission,and power drive.Due to the serious impact of data access during CAN communication on control performance,a solution that replaces traditional sequential buffers with a built-in ring buffer in the controller of the entire machine is considered to detect whether there is a blank area of unwritten data in the ring buffer.Multiple valve parameters are sequentially written to the blank buffer,significantly improving the speed of CAN communication data access and reducing CAN communication latency.The experiment shows that at a CAN communication baud rate of 250 Kbps and accessing 100 data,the time taken for the entire controller to use a ring buffer is 43.75% shorter than that of a sequential buffer,and the memory utilization rate is much higher than the maximum utilization rate of a sequential buffer.
