摘　　要：本文综述了桑叶提取物在猪生产中的应用研究进展。桑叶提取物具有多种生物活性成分,包括抗菌、抗氧化、免疫调节和生长促进等作用。在猪生产中,桑叶提取物可以作为一种天然的饲料添加剂,用于改善猪的生长性能、提高免疫力、降低疾病发生率和减少抗生素的使用。本文对桑叶提取物的生物活性成分及其功能、桑叶提取物在猪生产中的应用和未来的研究方向进行了综述。This paper reviews the progress of research on the application of mulberry leaf extract in pig production.Mulberry leaf extract has a variety of bioactive components,including antibacterial,antiox-idant,immunomodulatory and growth-promoting effects.In pig production,mulberry leaf extract can be used as a natural feed additive to improve growth performance,enhance immunity,reduce disease incidence and reduce the use of antibiotics.In this paper,the bioactive components of mulberry leaf ex-tract and their functions,the application of mulberry leaf extract in pig production and future research di-rections are reviewed.
