粮油质量检测中心质量管理体系的控制探究

摘　　要：粮油质量关系到人们的生命财产安全。近年来,粮油质量安全事件频发,对粮油质量管理工作提出了更高的要求。我国建立了覆盖全国的粮油质量检测中心,是保障粮食安全的重要手段。由于粮油质量检测中心难以进行统一管理,质量管理体系能否按照程序有效运行是质检中心面临的问题。本文概述了粮油质检中心质量管理体系的作用,分析了粮油质检中心质量管理体系存在的问题,提出了质检中心质量管理体系控制策略。The quality of grain and oil is related to the safety of people’s life and property.In recent years,the quality and safety incidents of grain and oil occurred frequently,which put forward higher requirements for the quality management of grain and oil.China has established a nationwide grain and oil quality testing center,which is an important means to guarantee food security.Because it is difficult for the grain and oil quality testing center to carry out unified management,whether the quality management system can operate effectively in accordance with the procedures is the problem faced by the quality inspection center.This paper summarizes the role of the quality management system of the grain and oil quality testing center,analyze the problems existing in the quality management system of the grain and oil quality testing center,and put forward the control strategy of the quality management system of the quality testing center.
