摘  要:目的:研究益生菌固体饮料对小鼠的肠道调节作用。方法:小鼠按不同剂量(1 g·kg^(-1)、2 g·kg^(-1)、3 g·kg^(-1))灌胃28 d,建立大黄水煎液致脾虚模型,检测血清D-木糖含量、淀粉酶活性、肠胃实验肠推进率、胃残留率、肠道内容物pH值及2,4-二硝基氟苯(2,4-Dinitrofluorobenzene,DNFB)耳肿胀度。结果:灌胃益生菌固体饮料可提高小鼠D-木糖含量和淀粉酶活性(P<0.05);调节胃肠道异常蠕动,降低肠推进率、提高胃残留率(P<0.05);恢复肠道pH值(P<0.05);降低小鼠耳肿胀度(P<0.05)。结论:益生菌固体饮料具有肠道调节作用,并可增强免疫力。Objective:To study the intestinal regulatory effect of probiotic solid beverage on mice.Method:Mice were given different doses(1 g·kg^(-1),2 g·kg^(-1),3 g·kg^(-1))by gavage for 28 days to establish a spleen deficiency model induced by decoction of Dahuang.Serum D-xylose content,amylase activity,intestinal propulsion rate,gastric residue rate,pH value of intestinal contents,and ear swelling degree of 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB)were measured.Result:Oral administration of probiotic solid beverage can increase the D-xylose content and amylase activity in mice(P<0.05);regulating abnormal peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract,reducing intestinal propulsion rate,and increasing gastric residual rate(P<0.05);restore intestinal pH value(P<0.05);reduce mouse ear swelling(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotic solid drinks have intestinal regulatory effects and can enhance immunity.
