摘 要:【目的】服役金属工件易产生断裂、疲劳、腐蚀等失效事故,严重影响到生产安全和经济效益。对金属断口进行高效分析及失效预防,对机电设备制造及维修的意义重大。而现有的断口识别系统大多以空间域为基础对断口图像进行识别,缺乏理论支持,效果较差,需要进一步研究。【方法】针对现有断口识别系统识别效率低、准确率低及断口数据冗余问题进行系统描述。运用TRIZ理论,分别使用系统裁剪、标准解、发明原理等方法,获得多种创新方案。【结果】通过方案整合获得最终解决方案,即通过增强图像纹理特征,引入无线传输系统,更换基于经验Ridgelet-2DPCA断口识别算法。【结论】该方案提高了断口识别准确率及识别效率,降低了存储难度,提高了识别检测灵活度,经济效益显著。[Purposes]Service metal workpiece is prone to fracture,fatigue,corrosion and other failure accidents,which seriously affects production safety and economic efficiency.Efficient analysis and failure prevention of metal fracture is of great significance to electromechanical equipment manufacturing and maintenance.However,most of the existing fracture identification systems identify the fracture images by spatial domain,which lacks theoretical support and has poor effect.Therefore,further research is needed.[Methods]The existing fracture recognition system is elaborated for the problems of low recognition efficiency,low accuracy and redundant fracture data.By using TRIZ theory to apply specific methods such as system tailoring,standard solution,and invention principle respectively,a variety of innovative solutions are obtained.[Findings]The final solution is obtained through the integration of solutions,by enhancing the image texture features,introducing wireless transmission system,replacing the metal fracture method based on empirical Ridgelet-2DPCA.[Conclusions]The final solution improves the break recognition rate and recognition efficiency,reduces the storage difficulty,improves the flexibility of recognition detection,and has significant economic benefits.
