摘　　要：中国石油和化工行业发展指数研究是服务于石油和化工行业高质量发展和企业管理水平提升的一项公共产品。该指数的测算依据是中国石油和化工行业上市公司的年报及社会责任报告中的数据,借鉴道琼斯可持续发展指数等国际标准,按照国际惯例,建立评估体系和评价模型,通过一系列方法计算这些化工上市公司的综合得分而得出的一个数据,这个数据可以直观地反映石油和化工行业在本年度的全面发展概况。目前该指数具备三大功能:一是对行业和企业发展程度的衡量;二是给企业对标管理提供参照依据;三是具有对企业现有状况的咨询诊断的作用。The research on the development index of China’s petroleum and chemical industry is a public product that serves the high-quality development of the petroleum and chemical industry and the improvement of enterprise management level.The calculation of this index is based on data from the annual reports and social responsibility reports of listed companies in China’s petroleum and chemical industries.Drawing on international standards such as the Dow Jones Sustainable Development Index and following international practices,an evaluation system and model are established to calculate the comprehensive scores of these chemical listed companies through a series of methods.This data can intuitively reflect the comprehensive development overview of the petroleum and chemical industry in this year.At present,the index has formed three major functions.Firstly,it measures the level of industry and enterprise development,enabling enterprises to have a clear understanding of their position in the industry.The second is to provide a reference basis for enterprise benchmarking management,listing the gap between our company and the advanced level of the industry.Thirdly,it has the function of consulting and diagnosing the current situation of enterprises.The development index evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises from 14 aspects,providing reference for enterprises.
