摘　　要：生产企业内部的全过程供应链管理,涵盖仓储、科研、生产及营销各环节,而数字化、环境与职业健康安全(HSE)贯穿于链条始终。2021年,为推动管理转型升级、实施创新驱动、实现企业卓越运营,公司依据“企业价值四要素”,将搭建“性价比最优、成本最低、安全、准时、经济”的全过程供应链管理提升到了战略高度,遵循对标管理八步法,成立了以总经理为组长的项目团队,选取万华化学等行业一流企业为标杆,充分借鉴标杆经验,剖析根因并运用速赢、LSS(精益六西格玛)及TPM(全面生产维护)等工具实施改善,实现收益共2.8亿元,助力公司2021年实现营业收入21.4亿元,同比增长46%;净利润3.0亿元,同比增长101%,在环保安全体系建设、科技创新及成果转化、市场升级转型、安全及营销数字化等方面管理水平均有较大提升。The entire process of supply chain management within the manufacturing-enterprise covers various links such as warehousing,research,production and marketing,with digitalization,health,safety,and environment(HSE)running through the entire chain.In 2021,in order to promote management transformation and upgrading,implement innovation driven,and achieve excellent operation,based on the four elements of enterprise value,raised the whole process supply chain management of building safety,punctuality,the best performance ratio and lowest cost to a strategic height.Followed the eight steps of benchmarking management,established a team led by the general manager,and selected Wanhua Chemical Group as the benchmark.Fully draw on benchmarking experience,analyze the root causes and use tools such as quick win,LSS(Lean Six Sigma)and TPM(Total Production Maintenance)to implement improvement,achieve a total revenue of 280 million yuan,and help the operating revenue grew 46 percent year-on-year to 2.14 billion yuan in 2021,the net prof it grew 101 percent year-on-year to 300 million yuan.The management level has signif icantly improved in environmental and safety system construction,technological innovation,achievement transformation,market upgrading and transformation,digitalization and marketing.
