摘  要:南开大学“细胞生物学实验”课程组开展了以提高学生科研兴趣培养为宗旨的课程教学模式改革。选择细胞培养技术、间接免疫荧光技术、细胞凋亡检测技术等与科研联系紧密的实验内容建立了科学的课程内容体系;采用课堂翻转、虚拟仿真实验等多种教学方式方法,建立了引导性、开放性的教学方法体系;完善了注重实验操作考核、兼顾考试、实验预习、实验报告及实验素养考核的多元化综合成绩评定体系。教学改革利用实验教学为载体,发挥了实验教学在提高学生科研兴趣中的作用,为拔尖人才培养模式的建立进行了初步的探索。The course group of the“cell biology experiment”of Nankai University has carried out the reform of the course teaching model which aims to raise the students interest in scientific research.They chose cell culture technology,indirect immunofluorescence technology and apoptosis detection technology to establish a scientific curriculum content system,which is closely linked to scientific research and adopted a variety of teaching methods,such as classroom reversal and virtual simulation,to establish a guiding and open teaching method system.At the same time,we paid attention to the test of operation in experiment and gave consideration to exam,experimental preview,report of experiment and comprehensive quality,then established a diversified comprehensive evaluation system.The teaching reform took the experimental education as a carrier and used its important role in improving the students’interest in scientific research to explore a new model for the top-notch talent innovative education.
