摘　　要：细胞培养技术是从事生命科学和生物医药领域研究的科研人员广泛需求的一项基础实验技能,高校细胞培养室是高校进行细胞培养和细胞相关实验的重要场所。现从中国药科大学细胞培养实验平台运行和管理的实践出发,针对细胞培养室开放运行过程中存在的设备维护保养不到位、安全教育体系和相关管理制度不健全、实验人员操作技术不规范等常见问题进行了简要分析,并提出了相关对策建议,以期为提高高校科研质量和实现高校细胞培养室的可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。Cell culture technology is a basic experimental skill widely needed by researchers in the field of life science and bio-pharmaceutical.Cell culture chamber is an important place for cell culture and cell related experiments in colleges and universities.Based on the operation and management of the cell culture experiment platform in China Pharmaceutical University,this paper briefly analyzes the common problems existing in the open operation of cell culture chamber,such as the equipment maintenance work is not in place,the safety education system and the related management system is not perfect,the operating technique of the experimenter is not standard,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide references for improving the quality of scientific research and realizing the sustainable development of cell culture chamber in colleges and universities.
