摘  要:随着高校科技资源不断扩充,加强大型仪器服务平台的开放运行管理势在必行。围绕目前国内高校大型仪器开放运行过程中存在的问题,以高分辨率透射电子显微镜的运行管理为例,在仪器操作、开放运行、使用效率、服务质量和培训管理等方面探讨了可行的管理方法,总结了透射电镜管理方面的技巧和经验,提出了健全平台共享机制、提高仪器队伍专业性、提高仪器使用率和建立合理的绩效评价机制等策略,为基础研究和科技发展提供更有利的技术支持,同时也为其他大型仪器的开放运行管理提供行之有效的借鉴与参考。With the continuous expansion of science and technology resources in universities,it is imperative to strengthen the open operation and management of large-scale instrument service platform.We focus on the existing problems in the open operation of large-scale instruments in domestic universities,taking the operation and management of high-resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM)as an example,discuss feasible management strategies in terms of large-scale instrument operation,open operation,usage efficiency,service quality and training management,summarize the skills and experiences in HRTEM management,and present strategies to improve the platform sharing mechanism,refine the professionalism of large-scale instrument team,increase the utilization of instruments and establish the rational performance evaluation mechanism to provide more favorable technical support for basic research and science and technology development,as well as to provide effective reference for the open operation management of other large-scale instruments.
