摘  要:实验实践教学是新工科背景下人才培养模式中重要的一环,是工程专业人才在学校阶段提升实践操作能力、工程综合素质的主要方法和途径。以黑龙江八一农垦大学食品科学与工程专业为例,探索新工科建设中实验实践教育课程体系模式,并从实验实训模块、实践科研模块入手着重介绍了实验实践教育的新方式方法,以期培养出符合国家发展战略的食品工程技术人才。Experiment and practical teaching are an important part of the talent training model under the background of new engineering,it is the main method and way for engineering professionals to improve their practical operation ability and comprehensive engineering quality at the school stage.This article takes the food science and engineering major of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example to explore the experimental and practical education curriculum system model in the construction of new engineering disciplines.Starting with the experimental training module and the practical scientific research module,the new methods and methods of experimental practical education are introduced with a view to cultivating food engineering technical talents in line with the national development strategy.
