摘 要:开孔梁具豪华邮轮上层建筑中的主要承重结构之一。强梁上的开孔通常并不只是单一的功能,更多时候后需要在梁上开设减轻孔、设备贯穿孔等。设备贯穿孔通常为腰圆孔矩形圆角孔而减轻孔长设置为圆形,这样就涉及多型密集开孔,多型密集开孔相比于单一开孔、单一孔密集开孔其内力分布更为复杂。本文通过Ansys的非线性屈曲分析,研究多孔型组合密集开孔对邮轮极限承载能力的影响,并考虑在最切合实际工况的双轴载荷下研究梁极限承载能力的变化,结合有限元分析结果整合现有的各国开孔梁相关规范,探究失效模式和开孔参数之间的关系,为国内大型邮轮设计惯例的典型节点形成提供参考。As one of the main load-bearing structures in the superstructure of the luxury cruise ship,the opening of the strong beam is usually not only a single function,but more often,it is necessary to open relief holes on the beam,equipment through holes and so on.The perforation hole of the equipment is usually a rectangular round hole with round corners and the hole length is reduced to be round,which involves multi-type dense opening.Compared with a single opening and a single hole dense opening,the internal force distribution is more complex.Through Ansys nonlinear buckling analysis,this paper studies the combined pass intensive opening to cruise the influence of ultimate bearing capacity,and considering the practic-al condition of the beam under biaxial loading research the change of the ultimate bearing capacity,combining with the fi-nite element analysis results to integrate existing national relevant specification beams,to explore the relationship between the failure modes and parameters of hole.It provides reference for the typical node formation of domestic large cruise ship design convention.
