融合出版视角的出版资源整合探索——以上海世纪出版集团为例  

Exploration on the Integration of Publishing Resources from the Perspective of Integrated Publishing—Taking Shanghai Century Publishing Group as An Example

摘　　要：探讨出版单位如何有效整合出版资源,提高资源的利用效率,推进融合出版的深入开展。文章分析出版资源整合存在的问题,采用案例分析法,以上海世纪出版集团试行的出版资源整合方案为例,介绍整合方案实施情况:围绕方正智汇知识服务系统展开部署,兼顾方正云舒书报刊制作平台、ERP管理系统、复旦天翼信息管理系统以及其他管理系统,从资源采集、规范建立、流程优化与资源组织四个环节具体分析实施过程,指出目前整合方案存在社会资源整合不足、结构化加工欠缺等问题,为其他出版单位开展出版资源整合工作提供借鉴和参考。This paper discusses how to integrate publishing resources effectively,improve the utilization efficiency of resources,and promote the in-depth development of integrated publishing.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the integration of publishing resources,adopts the case analysis method,and introduces the implementation of the integration plan of Shanghai Century Publishing Group as an example:centering on the deployment of the Founder Zhihui Knowledge Service System,taking into account the Founder Yunshu Book and Newspaper Production Platform,the ERP Management System,the Fudan Tianyi Information Management System and other management systems.The implementation process is analyzed from four aspects:resource collection,standardized establishment,process optimization and resource organization.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the integration plan,such as insufficient integration of social resources and lack of structured processing,which can provide reference for other publishing units in China to carry out the integration of publishing resources.
