摘 要:针对混合动力挖掘机回转电机启动过程中,双向DC/DC恒流放电模式具有输出电流固定、直流母线电流供求不匹配而需要强制通过供能侧进行功率补偿的问题,提出基于直流母线上电流供求关系匹配的双向DC/DC前馈补偿策略。本文通过分析电流供求不匹配的原因,并推导双向DC/DC输入和输出电流关系,实现双向DC/DC输出电流对负载需求的自动跟随。引入该前馈补偿控制策略后,超级电容电能输出可最大限度跟随回转电机的需求,减少供能侧的能量补偿,母线电压亦能保持稳定。幅频特性曲线对系统稳定性进行分析,并仿真和实验验证该方法的可行性和有效性,可供工业应用参考。For the questions that the bidirectional DC/DC output current is a constant value and it cannot match the relation between supply and demand in D.C bus,with a constant current control model,a strategy of feed-forward control for Bi-DC/DC is presented.In this article,the reason that the currents mismatched is analyzed and Bi-DC/DC output current automatically follows with the loads demands,by the deduced relations of the input and output current of the converter.In this strategy,the current of ultracapacitor follows the energy requirement of motor.It reduces compensation effect of the source side and stabilize the D.C bus voltage.The stability is analyzed by amplitude-frequency characteristic curve.The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this strategy which can be a reference for industrial applications.
