摘  要:本文旨在解决车门密封条在车门系统耐久试验和整车耐久试验中出现的磨损和异响问题,对于问题的失效原因进行分析,最终确定密封条涂层因素、门框开口变形量因素、密封间隙因素、生产制造因素和环境因素为失效主要因素。通过查阅国内外各主机厂密封条验证规范、相关技术资料,并结合自身的开发验证经验,完善密封条的设计开发和验证流程,建立密封条磨损和异响问题的系统性控制方法。新开发车型项目通过上述流程进行开发和验证,最终验证结果显示磨损和异响问题明显减少、性能衰减减轻。因此,完善后的开发和验证流程可有效地控制密封条的磨损和异响问题。The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of abrasion and squeak of the door sealing strip in the side door system durability test and the whole vehicle durability test.The failure reason of the problem is analyzed,and finally the sealing strip coating factor,door frame opening deformation factor,sealing gap factor,manufacturing factor and environmental factor are determined as the main failure factors.The development and verification procedure of the sealing strip has been improved by consulting the sealing strip verification specifications and relevant technical documents of the different OEMs,and combining with our own development and verification experience,building a systematic control method of the sealing strip abrasion and squeak.The newly developed vehicle project was developed and verified through the above control method,and the final verification results showed that the abrasion and squeak problems were significantly reduced,and the performance degradation was reduced.Therefore,the improved development and verification procedure can effectively control the abrasion and squeak of the sealing strip.
