纯电动汽车典型故障诊断流程与维修方法分析

摘　　要：目前国家发展战略规划对环保和节能提出了要求,汽车电子技术高速发展带动中国电动汽车迅猛发展,纯电动汽车越来越受到市场欢迎。纯电动汽车故障可分为一级故障、二级故障和三级故障,通过对纯电动汽车常见故障现象进行分析,提出科学的诊断流程和维修方法。通过掌握该诊断流程和维修方法,提高新能源汽车维修工专业素养和职业技能,促进中国新能源汽车和汽车维修行业的健康良性发展。Pure electric vehicle faults can be divided into primary,secondary,and tertiary faults.By analyzing common fault phenomena in pure electric vehicles,scientific diagnostic processes and maintenance methods are proposed.By mastering the diagnostic process and maintenance methods,we can improve the professional literacy and skills of new energy vehicle maintenance workers,and promote the healthy and healthy development of China's new energy vehicle and automotive maintenance industry.
