摘　　要：喀什地区自然条件艰苦,医疗人才相对匮乏。从2010年开始,喀什地区第二人民医院接受上海市组团式医疗帮扶,开展了教师队伍培养、教学基地建设、教学方法创新等工作,取得一系列成果。援建工作推动了喀什地区第二人民医院各项医学教育事业的发展,提升了医院建设和管理水平。援疆工作为喀什地区培养了一大批高素质医学专业人才,提高了喀什地区人民群众的医疗保障水平。其中的工作经验和方法为西北偏远地区医学教育提供启示和帮助。The natural conditions in Kashgar are harsh and there is a relative shortage of medical personnel.Since 2010,the Second People's Hospital of Kashgar Prefecture has received group medical assistance from Shanghai.Ever since many innovative works have been carried out,including training medical teachers,constructing teaching bases,teaching method ets.These work helped high-quality medical professionals in Kashgar Prefecture and improved medical coverage for the people in Kashgar Prefecture.Some of these work experiences and methods can provide some inspiration and help for medical education in remote areas of Northwest China.
