摘 要:目的探讨形成性评价在泌尿外科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月—2022年5月在泌尿外科实习的90名护理本科生为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为实验组和对照组,每组均45例。其中实验组采用形成性评价的临床教学,对照组采用传统的临床教学;比较两组护理实习生的出科成绩、自主学习能力的评价、泌尿外科护理操作及对教学管理满意度的评价。结果实验组护理实习生出科考试成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理实习生自主学习能力的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理实习生泌尿外科护理操作得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理实习生对教学管理的满意度97.98%高于对照组的88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论形成性评价应用于泌尿外科临床护理教学,可增加护理实习生的临床实习效果,增强其自主学习能力,提高其满意度,值得在护理实习带教中应用及推广。Objective To explore the application effect of formative evaluation in clinical nursing teaching of urology.Methods There are 90 nursing undergraduates who were practicing in the department of urology from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(45 subjects respectively)based on the random number table.The experimental group was given formative evaluation clinical teaching,while the control group was given traditional clinical teaching.The score of after-department examination,autonomous learning ability,nursing operation of urology and evaluation of satisfaction with teaching management were compared between nursing undergraduates of two groups.Results The scores of after-department examination of nursing undergraduates in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing operation of urology of nursing undergraduates in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of evaluation of satisfaction with teaching management of nursing undergraduates in the experimental group(97.98%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(88.89%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of formative assessment in clinical nursing teaching of urology can improve the effect of clinical practice on nursing undergraduates,enhance their autonomous learning ability and improve their satisfaction,which is worthy of application and promotion in nursing practice teaching.
